Hi Sam I received feedback from SoC(Aml). ============================================================================================= Below command is described in the release notes, and other manufacturers are following the release notes. ./mk franklin -v 4.9 -t user But FXN's script does not use is "./mk franklin -v 4.9 -t user" As a result, it is affected by the patch you mentioned. Note : If you use "./mk franklin -v 4.9 -t user" with CONFIG_DEBUG_FS already removed, it will remain removed. Hi Sam Amlogic's feedback is incorrect. I will let you know after AML checks it again. And this issue seems to be determined by the ND/SD/SU build order whether CONFIG_DEBUG_FS config is included or not. I think it's maintained by the existing configuration We can't build SU/SD, so please check if this assumption is correct - clear all , SU build -> ..SD / ND build : not include CONFIG_DEBUG_FS - clear all , SD/ND build -> SU build : include CONFIG_DEBUG_FS Please check it Thank you YK.Jung |

Hi Younkwang, - clear all , SU build -> ..SD / ND build : not include CONFIG_DEBUG_FS => Yes, because build SU first, so the script removes CONFIG_DEBUG_FS and not checkout it back, then SD/ND also without CONFIG_DEBUG_FS - clear all , SD/ND build -> SU build : include CONFIG_DEBUG_FS => No, SD/ND build first and have CONFIG_DEBUG_FS. Then when build SU, the script will still remove CONFIG_DEBUG_FS, so SU is still without CONFIG_DEBUG_FS. Thanks~ Sam |
